In designing The Smith Center’s website, Crown & Greyhound set out to create a best-in-class web experience. The process included an in-depth analysis and benchmarking of all notable performing arts center digital efforts in North America. The result was an online experience that garnered 70,000+ database opt-ins and more subscription purchases upon site launch than more sophisticated markets, like the performing arts center in Dallas, TX, which sold only 6,000 subscriptions to The Smith Center’s 10,000 during the same 6 month period.
